I received my diploma in Pastry and Baking Arts from the noted Institute for Culinary Education where I went on to intern for Lauri Ditunno at Cake Alchemy, one of the most prominent cake artists in the country. From there, I went on to build my professional career
in some of the top kitchens in NYC.
I'm currently the Executive Pastry Chef for American Brass, an upscale new-American restaurant in Long Island City, Queens, where I fall more in love with pastry each day.
